Finally a new album and a DVD of the great djembe player Mamady Keita. Recorded during their world tour Europe in 2009 and filmed at the festival 'Jazz Under the Apple Trees' in Coutances, Mamady Keita is accompanied by drummers and singers of Sewa Kan joined by the great kora player Prince Diabate and flutist Manu Hermia and saxophone. A beautiful album and a superb DVD to celebrate as it should be the fifty-year career of the man who gave his pedigree and a major international djembe.
