Most likely, those Paris recordings of Coleman and Herman Chittison go back to January 24th, 1936.
Freddie Taylor's ones featuring a pleiad of musicians including ,among others,Charlie Johnson, Chester Lanier, Fletcher Allen and...Oscar Alemàn! can be dated of March 1935.

Recorded by the no-longer existing ULTRAPHONE recording company before the end of WW2; these here tracks 'What's the reason', 'Georgia on my mind', 'Viper's dream' et 'Blue drag') had turned undiscoverable for years.

It is to public request that Pacific Label thought necessary
to press again these Paris Jazz 'bright moments'.

Vintage classified as VG+/VG-.

Cover's in very good condition.
A tiny note on the rear cover mentions some precious information concerning Coleman's tracks.
